Our Team
Matt O'Grady
President
Matt O'Grady was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and currently resides in Wisconsin. Matt received a BA in Communications from St. Norbert College. He also played football for St. Norbert's College and was a team captain his senior year; earning the All-American Division III honors as a running back.
Matt has over 20 years of sales experience and management in multiple industries including construction equipment, industrial equipment, technology, and many more.

Matt is married to the beautiful Dr. Liz O’Grady and they have three crazy boys. Matt is actively involved in youth sports and is the President and coach of the Badger Youth football organization.
Jay Goethal
Partner, Sales & CFO
Jay Goethal is a Partner and Sales Professional of CAM Associates covering Northern Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Jay and Matt acquired CAM Associates from Garry McKeen in 2010 who is the son of Charles A. McKeen that started CAM Associates in 1972. Jay has been serving his customers and product lines as well as managing the internal accounting and financials of the company.

Prior to purchasing CAM Associates Jay was the North American Sales Manager for Thermobile Industries BV. Jay was responsible for the introduction and strong growth of the Thermobile brand of construction and waste oil heaters. Jay also established a qualified network of manufacturer representatives across North America.

Jay received his MBA in Finance & Marketing in 1999 from the Keller Graduate School of Management and his BA in 1991 from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Outside Sales
Mike Burns
Mike has been with CAM Associates for over seven years, specializing in rental handling and rental accounts in Illinois and Indiana.

Mike graduated from the University of Minnesota and currently resides in Chicago. Mike has four great kids and is proud to say he's a Vikings fan!
Katie Cunningham
Katie has been with CAM for ten years and handles National Accounts, Industrial Accounts, and STAFDA accounts in IL and IN.
​
Katie earned a Communications Degree from Marquette University, where she played basketball for 4 Years. Her team made it to the second round of the NCAA tournament her senior year.
